Compliance
Fire marshal documentation for all fabrics and overhead structures. Engineered drawings for any structure above 8 feet.
Logistics
Order electrical, rigging, drayage by November 1 for advance pricing. Confirm move-in window with show services.
Press readiness
Lighting plan optimized for camera. Brand-color accent lighting at 2700K–3000K. Clear sightlines for press photography.
