Las Vegas Venues

We install at every major Las Vegas convention venue

Pick your venue to see how we work it — dock access, union rules, drayage strategy, and venue-specific install considerations.

Las Vegas Convention Center

The LVCC is the largest single-level convention center in North America — 4.6 million sq ft across the Central, North, South, and West Halls. Each hall has its own loading dock schedule, drayage rates, and aisle layout. Nova installs there weekly, which means our lead installers already know the marshaling yard rotation, the union stewards on each hall, and which freight doors clear a 12-ft coffer without disassembly.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center

Mandalay Bay's 2 million sq ft of meeting and exhibit space hosts everything from medical device conferences (HIMSS, ASH) to consumer-brand summits. Carpet-protection rules, casino-property union relationships, and freight logistics differ from LVCC — we know the playbook because we install there almost every month.

Caesars Forum

Caesars Forum opened in 2020 with 550,000 sq ft including the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world. Clean sightlines, modern infrastructure, and Strip-adjacent walkability make it a favorite for corporate summits and hybrid conference/exhibit programs. Load-in scheduling is tighter than LVCC — but the finished venue conditions are unmatched.

Venetian Expo

Venetian Expo (formerly Sands Expo) hosts AAPEX, Adobe Summit, and dozens of other major conventions. Multi-level halls, freight elevator scheduling, and strict floor protection rules mean a different install playbook than LVCC. Our crew installs there monthly.

Resorts World Las Vegas

Resorts World opened in 2021 with 250,000 sq ft of meeting space. Newer infrastructure means clean install conditions — and strict aesthetic standards for what shows up in the public areas.
