Halls at Venetian Expo
Level 1 Halls (A, B, C)
Ground-level exhibit floors with direct dock access. Highest ceiling clearance in the venue — best for hanging signs and double-decks.
Level 2 Halls (D, G)
Second-floor halls requiring freight elevator scheduling. Every build component must clear elevator dimensions or arrive flat-pack for shop assembly on the floor.
Level 3 (Marcello, Bassano, San Polo)
Meeting and ballroom level — higher finish standards, tighter access, freight elevator only.

Drayage & material handling
Venetian Expo uses show-contractor drayage (Freeman, GES) at Vegas-standard rates. Multi-level shows add a per-hundredweight elevator surcharge on freight going to Level 2/3 — one more reason local direct-shipping saves.
Dock scheduling
Dock is efficient at ground-level halls; upper-level shows require freight elevator time-slots booked in advance. Missed elevator slots push installs into overtime.
Union jurisdictions
Carpenters 1780, Teamsters 631, IATSE 720 — same core Vegas union structure.
Floor protection
All Venetian Expo floors are permanent carpet — full protection path required. Casino-property finish standards mean the property enforces damage claims aggressively; we document floor condition on arrival and departure.
Freight elevators
Two primary freight elevators serve upper levels. Interior dimensions constrain build components — we design against these dimensions any time your show is on Level 2 or 3.
Rigging & hanging signs
IATSE 720 — standard Vegas rigging rules. Ceiling heights vary hall to hall, so hanging sign designs are hall-specific.
Fire marshal submissions
Clark County Fire Marshal, standard submission rules.
