Drayage & material handling
Caesars Forum drayage runs through the show's exclusive contractor at rates comparable to LVCC. Nova direct-ships from Vegas to reduce material handling exposure.
Dock scheduling
Loading dock capacity is smaller than LVCC/Mandalay Bay — window enforcement is strict and re-schedule delays cascade quickly. We stage early.
Union jurisdictions
Same Vegas union structure (Carpenters 1780, Teamsters 631, IATSE 720).
Floor protection
Ballroom carpet is permanent — full protection path required for freight and wheeled equipment.
Rigging & hanging signs
Modern rigging grid throughout — cleaner hang points and less structural workaround than legacy venues. Still IATSE 720 with stamped-drawing rules over 200 lbs.
