Custom CES Booth Builder in Las Vegas
CES is the most-watched product launch event on the planet, and the booth floor at LVCC sets the bar for what 'premium' looks like in trade show design. Half the booths you walk past have curved LED ribbons, hidden cable management, and millwork tight enough to look like Apple Store fixtures. That's the standard — and it's what Nova builds for, in-house, in Las Vegas.

Why CES matters
CES exhibitors aren't selling at the booth — they're auditioning. Buyers, press, retail partners, and analysts all walk the floor in the first 36 hours. If your build looks like rental modular, you've already lost the conversation. If it looks like the brand's flagship retail space, every meeting that follows starts in your favor.
Lead time + planning
Lock your build partner by August for the following January's CES. Custom architectural work — curved walls, integrated LED, branded millwork — needs 12–16 weeks of fabrication time. Designs locked by mid-October keep you out of fire-marshal review backlogs.
Budget reality
Typical custom CES builds we ship range from $80K (20×20 inline with branded millwork) to $500K+ (50×50 island with double-deck, integrated AV, and back-lit product walls).
Nova's angle
We're 12 miles from the LVCC dock. That means same-day fixes mid-show, no cross-country freight risk, and an install crew that knows every drayage rule at every LVCC hall. Our shop has handled CES builds for tech brands ranging from consumer hardware to enterprise SaaS — including builds with integrated LED, motion AV, and live-product demo bays.
Common pitfalls at CES
Underestimating fire marshal review
CES enforces NFPA 701 on every fabric, every overhead structure over 8'. Designs without flame-cert documentation get flagged at move-in — costing you a day.
Drayage sticker shock
Material handling at LVCC runs $1.50–$3+ per pound. A build shipped from out of state can spend $15K on drayage alone. Local fabrication avoids most of it.
Move-in window collisions
LVCC schedules move-in by hall, by aisle. Late freight from the Midwest routinely arrives after your assigned window and gets parked until day 2. Local install schedules around your slot.
