Custom Exhibit Fabrication in Las Vegas

Nova Exhibit Group is a Las Vegas exhibit fabrication company — we don't broker your build out to a shop in another state. Millwork, structure, finishing, lighting, and crating all happen at our facility 12 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center dock, and our own crew installs it on the floor.

What we fabricate

Every capability below happens under one roof, which is the difference between one accountable fabricator and a chain of subcontractors pointing at each other during show week.

Architectural millwork + casework

CNC-cut panels, mitered returns, veneer and laminate lay-up, solid-surface counters, and paint-grade finishes sprayed in our own booth. This is where most exhibit houses subcontract; we don't.

Structural + engineered builds

Double-decks, raised vehicle platforms, and overhead structures with stamped load calcs for fire-marshal and show-services review. Mocked up on our shop floor before it ships.

Integrated lighting + LED

Coves, light boxes, edge-lit fascia, and channel routed for LED tile walls with concealed cable runs. Wiring is dressed in-shop so on-site install is plug-and-set.

Large-format graphics + finish

Direct-print, tension fabric, dimensional letters, and NFPA 701 flame-certified textiles with documentation packaged for move-in inspection.

Crating, storage + refurbishment

Reusable custom crates, local warehousing between shows, and refresh cycles so a build amortizes across three to five shows instead of one.

Install + dismantle

Our own supervisors on the floor at LVCC, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, and Resorts World, working alongside union labor where jurisdiction requires it.

Our fabrication process

01

Scope + budget

Booth size, show, ship dates, and a real number. We quote line-by-line within 24 hours of the intake call.

02

Design + engineering

CAD elevations, renderings, and structural review. Two to three weeks, including fire-marshal-ready documentation.

03

Shop fabrication

Cut, assemble, finish, and wire in our Las Vegas shop. You get progress photos, and you can walk the floor and see it standing.

04

Dry-fit + crate

Full assembly in-shop before anything ships. Problems get solved here, not at the dock on move-in day.

05

Delivery + install

Short-haul to the venue instead of cross-country freight, which is where most of the drayage and damage risk disappears.

Why local fabrication costs less

Exhibit fabrication pricing isn't just the build. It's the build plus everything that happens getting it to the hall floor — and that's where out-of-state shops quietly add cost.

Drayage
Material handling runs roughly $1.50–$3.00 per pound at Las Vegas halls. A build fabricated locally skips the inbound freight leg and a large share of that weight-based cost.
Damage risk
Cross-country freight means multiple transfers. Our crates go on one truck for a 20-minute run to the dock.
Mid-show fixes
A cracked panel or blown driver at 7am on show day gets replaced from our shop the same morning. Out-of-state builders overnight it — if they can.
Timeline recovery
Because there is no freight buffer to protect, we can take on compressed builds that an out-of-state fabricator has to decline.
