Custom World of Concrete Exhibit Fabrication
World of Concrete uses the LVCC indoor halls AND the outdoor Silver Lot — and the builds reflect that. Concrete pump trucks, mixer drums, full-size equipment, and live demos all need structural display platforms, signage rigs that can take wind, and finishes that survive the desert sun. WOC is one of the few shows where you're fabricating for both indoor exhibit-floor aesthetics and outdoor industrial display in the same build.

Why WOC matters
WOC buyers are concrete contractors and equipment dealers writing six- and seven-figure orders. They want to see the equipment run, climb on it, and talk to the people who built it. The booth's job is to support that — clear sightlines, branded backdrop, meeting space.
Lead time + planning
January show. Engagement by August. Outdoor-lot builds add weather-rated finish and rigging considerations — start design earlier.
Budget reality
Indoor WOC custom builds range $30K to $200K. Outdoor-lot builds with equipment display platforms can exceed that.
Nova's angle
We've handled mixed indoor/outdoor builds with structural display platforms, branded backdrops rated for outdoor wind loads, and finishes that hold up through January sun on the Silver Lot.
Common pitfalls at WOC
Outdoor wind load on signs
Branded backdrops in the Silver Lot need engineered ballast or anchoring. Designs that ignore wind get yellow-tagged by the inspector.
Equipment ingress paths
Bringing a mixer truck into your indoor space requires aisle coordination and timing — plan it into your move-in.
Power and water for live demos
Concrete demos need real power and sometimes water. Order both early through show services with the right amperage.
